#sayThankYou

NHS No.442-571-9905 Thank you for the care received on my two visits to the RLI on ward 33. I thank you personally for your skill and care in the operations, where would we be without people like yourself? All the staff were commited to their various roles, and although very busy they were pleasant, and cheerful doing everthing they could to make our problems easier. In the current climate especially they all deserve a very big thank you Keep safe and stay strong, my thanks to one and all Best Wishes to you all, Kenneth Parkinson

I would have liked the various symptoms of which I told him to have been addressed a little more thoroughly. He is a man of few words. I left unsure as to whether some of my symptoms have a cue or not. The letter I received from Mr Naseem after the event went to reassure me on some points.

The report sent to my GP would appear to be out of date. The urodynamic test referred to therein has already taken place and could have contributed towards urosepsis requiring hospitalisation at the RLI. I am still feeling the aftereffects and somewhat worried about the TURP already arranged for 1st October. I am concerned that I haven't felt well for over two months and don't really know what was responsible for the excruciating back pain or indeed at what point the original urinary infection took hold. I would be better reassured if the aforementioned report were up to date.

I was given a full examination and symptoms were discussed in detail, I was very pleased with the time given to my case .

Just a reply to your letter dated 7.12.18 your care and information was superb. I was supposed to see you again in 2 months but no appointment was made. I made my own appointment for 11am 12.6.19 which I found to be a waste of time as one doctor told me one thing and another told me the opposite Robert Harrison
